Join us for our 3-hour special yogic event. We will flow through a beautiful 45-minute (open level) Vinyasa practice and finish with 15-mintues of stretch, flexibility, and meditation.

After, enjoy the saltwater pool, hot tub, and fireplace, as we sip on sparkly beverages, munch on goodies, & partake in meaningful conversations with friends, new and old.

The Humane Society of Eastern Carolina (HSEC) is dedicated to finding homes for hundreds of animals every year.
